	"Finesse" Chardonnay 2006 This is our flagship white wine and this is how we believe Chardonnay should be, light and refreshing a delight rather than a chore. Enjoy this wine with Lobster, lots of it. Price: $29.00 AUD
	Cabernet Merlot 2003 Estate Reserve Wonderfully complex, 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Merlot. 32 months in new American oak hogshead has given the wine a lovely supple Framework. Price: $32.00 AUD
	Cabernet Merlot 2007 The blending of Cabernet and Merlot gives a stylish complexity, a full bodied wine that will respond well to more robust cuisine. Price: $24.00 AUD
	Grenache Rose 2005 This wine will tolerate some cellaring, however we believe it is best enjoyed within 18 months of vintage. Price: $19.00 AUD
	Merlot 2007 Very nice structure, a lighter style of red wine best ideally suited to Spanish Tapas and pasta. Price: $24.00 AUD
	Moschato "Ruby" 2009 A refreshing start to any party situation, lower alcohol and a slight effervescence are attractive, careful colour extraction using Grenache skins have given body and structure Price: $22.00 AUD
	Shiraz 2003 Estate Reserve We believe that our Shiraz wine displays the best that this variety can yield enjoy with lamb and tomato based pasta dishes. Price: $27.00 AUD
	Verdelho 2007 This variety shows the best of Wandandian climate. This wine is light enough to be enjoyed in the sunshine with friends or big enough to go out to dinner. Price: $24.00 AUD
	Wandandian Blossom A white port style that will enhance t he end of your meal or bring a lively start to an evening, either way “Blossom” will get some conversation going. Price: $19.00 AUD
	Wandandian Shiraz 2005 Shiraz is one of the most reliable grape varieties in Australia, we are pleased to release this wine after a lengthy stay in French Oak Hogsheads. Price: $24.00 AUD

	Hunter Valley Gewurtztraminer 2008 Flinty dryness that is complimented by luscious fruit, a wine suitable for very hot Indian and Asian cuisine.This wine is not sweet. Price: $23.00 AUD
